These terms apply when you buy Vic Selective by Learning Design Co. from Xinyan (Cindy) Huang, trading as Learning Design Co. (ABN 66 392 043 707) ('we', 'us'). By paying, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

• Online access to the Vic Selective by Learning Design Co. 20-week program for the Victorian Year 9 selective entry exam, for one student, until the official 2027 exam day.
• Content is released over the program. Half Mocks 1 to 6 and Full Mocks 1 to 5 are available now. Half Mocks 7 to 10, Full Mocks 6 to 10 and the full Skills bank will be available by 1 February 2027.
• We may fix errors and improve questions at any time. We won't remove anything the program page says is included.

2. Price and payment

• The price is shown in Australian dollars and includes any GST that applies. It is paid once, upfront, through Stripe. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• Optional extras, such as essay reviews and 1:1 sessions, are paid for separately.

3. Your access code

• After payment, we email you an access code, usually within 24 hours.
• Each code is for one family and works on up to 2 devices at a time. You can move it to a new device yourself up to 3 times. After that, email us and we'll reset it.
• Please don't share your code or post it publicly. We may turn off a code that has been shared.

4. Refunds

• If the program isn't right for your family, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Your access code is turned off when the refund is made.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund or other remedy if the program has a major failure.

5. Using the content

• All questions, lessons and materials belong to Learning Design Co.
• They are for your child's personal study only. Please don't copy, share, sell or publish them.

6. No guaranteed outcome

• The program is preparation material. We can't guarantee a particular score or a selective school offer.
• Vic Selective by Learning Design Co. is not affiliated with the Victorian Department of Education or the test provider.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the program available at all times, but there may occasionally be outages or maintenance. If access is lost for a significant time, contact us and we'll make it right.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to supplying the program again or refunding what you paid. This doesn't exclude any guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes and contact

• We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one shown when you paid.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
